Soup of the day

For those who know me, they will know that I adore soup. I eat it most days (even through hot months). Today I have a new soup to share. It's Marco Pierre White's Toulouse Sausage & Bean Cassoulet. Yummy. Perfect seasoning. Chunky beans but no whole pieces of sausage. Deeeelicious.
