Now what's been happening? Gosh. I can't believe that it's April tomorrow and I can't quite remember what I've done this year. It's been good though i'm sure. No progress on the flat....we're still in the same warren. Boo. It'll happen. I'm sure.
Anyway...wanted to share an amazing recipe from Jamie Oliver's book. Chocolate pots and orange & polenta biscuits. The first time I've used polenta....what a treat! An easy pudding to make. Make them the night before so they set properly and all you have to do is whizz them out of the fridge. Easy peasy.
Ingredients
Ingredients:
½ pint (285ml) single cream
200 g bittersweet chocolate (best quality 70% cocoa solids)
2 large yolks
3 tablespoons good brandy
20 g butter

3. Pour into small individual serving pots and put in fridge to chill.
